Plans change. This policy explains how to cancel a plumbing appointment arranged through Arslive.
How to cancel
Call +1 (855) 797-4028 any time, 24 hours a day, or contact the plumbing provider directly using the number they gave you. Please cancel as early as you can so the provider can help another customer.
Cancellation fees
- Before the provider is dispatched: there is no charge from Arslive to cancel.
- After the provider is on the way or has arrived: the provider may charge a trip, dispatch or diagnostic fee under their own policy. Ask the provider about this fee when you book.
- After work has started: you may be charged for labor already performed and for parts already installed or special-ordered.
Arslive does not charge consumers cancellation fees. Any fees are set and collected by the independent provider.
Your right to cancel certain contracts
Under the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule and similar state laws, you may have the right to cancel certain sales made at your home of $25 or more within three business days. This right may not apply to emergency repairs you requested in writing and waived the right to cancel for. Ask the provider for a written cancellation notice if one applies to your job.
If the provider cancels
If a provider cancels or does not show up, call us and we will try to connect you with another available provider in your area as soon as possible.
