These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of arslive.com (the "Site") and the referral service Arslive provides by phone at +1 (855) 797-4028 (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Arslive does
Arslive is a referral and advertising service. We help consumers find independent plumbing service providers ("Providers"). Arslive is not a plumbing contractor, does not perform plumbing work and does not employ the Providers. Any agreement for plumbing work is solely between you and the Provider.
2. Providers
Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, estimates, workmanship, warranties and compliance with law. While we ask Providers to confirm their licensing and insurance, we do not guarantee it. You are responsible for verifying a Provider's license and insurance and for deciding whether to hire them.
3. Pricing and payment
Calling Arslive is free. Providers set their own prices and collect payment directly from you. Prices may vary by location, time of day, job complexity and parts. Ask the Provider for a written estimate before work begins. Arslive may receive a fee from Providers for referrals.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about yourself and your plumbing problem.
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to request work at the service address.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to submit false requests.
5. Emergencies
The Service is not an emergency response service. If you smell gas, see sparking or face any danger to life or property, leave the area and call 911 and your utility company first.
6. Communications consent
By calling us or submitting your information, you agree that Arslive and the Provider we connect you with may contact you by phone, email or text about your request, including by automated means where permitted by law. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, illustrations, logos and design, belongs to Arslive or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arslive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant the work, availability, response time or conduct of any Provider.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arslive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss or damage arising from work performed or not performed by a Provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Arslive harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the plumbing services were requested, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@arslive.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
12. Changes
We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
